A former Harris County Sheriff's Office deputy is facing multiple felony charges after investigators accused him of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl he allegedly met through a dating app.

According to court records, Nicholas Burbridge was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14 and solicitation.

Jail records show Burbridge was booked into the Harris County Jail on Aug. 4.
