When 2 Helps You first visited the neighborhood of Forrest Pines in May, residents had one simple question: What happened to the speed bumps the City of Houston promised nearly 10 years ago?
For years, neighbors said drivers regularly used their streets as a shortcut, speeding through the neighborhood to avoid the traffic light on Antoine Drive.
"It's ridiculous. Totally crazy," one resident told us during our original report.
