BOWIE COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - Four people died early Saturday morning in a head-on crash in Bowie County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

DPS said the crash occurred on U.S. Highway 259 around 3:20 a.m., about four miles south of DeKalb.

DPS Highway Patrol said a vehicle driving northbound crossed into the southbound lane and struck another vehicle head-on.
