Officials said the notice has been issued due to an emergency line break on FM 1638 in Nacogdoches County.

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required Lilly Grove SUD to notify all customers to boil their water before using it for human consumption, including using it to wash their face or hands or to brush their teeth.
