ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - A Fourth of July shooting left a resident's car riddled with bullet holes on North Lee Avenue, right next to the ECISD Police Department.

It happened around 1 p.m. The owner of the car, Andrew Acosta, heard the shots and thought it was fireworks."I come outside and I'm like, 'those are bullets, those are actual bullets,'" Acosta said.

"And then I'm looking over there and I'm like, 'why would somebody shoot right in public next to the police station?'"Multiple bullet holes were found on the rear and driver's side of the car.
