LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - H-E-B presented a $20,000 contribution to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Southwest.

The house provides room and board for families whose children are undergoing treatment at the region's hospitals so they don't have to go far from their kids."You'll see the impact whenever we have children and families here just roaming the house as if it's their own house. They don't have to worry about how they're going to pay for meals, utilities, transportation, we are able to provide those essentials to the families that are staying here," Emmanuel Ramirez, president and CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Southwest, said.
