HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Starting Aug. 1, there will be new rules for minors attending UIL athletic events at Houston ISD district facilities.
According to the new policy, most minors must be accompanied by an adult to attend a game.
But the new rules do not apply to everyone.
