Laredo council to discuss water security, Rio Grande study

(KGNS) - Laredo City Council will meet Monday, May 18, to consider a community water storage campaign and incentives for residents as part of the city's water security action plan.

The goal is to encourage families and businesses to store water, conserve, and be better prepared for emergencies before a crisis hits.
