BIG SPRING, Texas (KOSA) - The Russ McEwen Family Aquatic Center reopened Wednesday after temporary mechanical issues forced a closure while repairs were completed.

Big Spring City officials announced that the necessary repairs have been finished and the aquatic center is once again welcoming swimmers and families."We're excited to welcome everyone back for a fun day at the pool," the city said in its announcement.

The aquatic center is open during its regular operating hours.
