Hay producers are invited to enter the 2026 Gillespie County Hay Show, with winning entries to be displayed during the Gillespie County Fair Aug. 26-30.

The deadline to submit entries is Friday, July 31. Entries may consist of a commercially produced round bale or a small conventional square bale.

All bales will be cored for testing and returned to the owner, with a sample retained for display.
