PRESIDIO COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - Residents gathered at a Presidio County Commissioners Court meeting Wednesday to oppose efforts tied to border wall construction, including a proposed special road use permitting process that would allow contractors to use county roads.

Much of the discussion centered on whether the county should establish a special road use agreement for contractors working on a proposed border wall.

Residents said contractors have already been using and damaging county roads for months without county approval.
