The skies over Fredericksburg welcomed a new group of future aviators Saturday, July 11, as Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 1088 hosted another successful Young Eagles Rally.

For many young participants, it was their first airplane ride, a memorable experience that may spark a lifelong passion for aviation.

As the aircraft climbed away from the runway, the Young Eagles experienced the world from a new perspective.
