Video shows a blue BMW performing donuts in a Midland County parking lot that struck a bystander, resulting in three injuries and felony charges against two 18-year-olds.

MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - Newly obtained video shows the moment one person was hit by a car during a weekend car meet in Midland County, where two 18-year-olds are now facing felony charges.
The video shows a blue BMW performing "donuts" in a parking lot at E. Wadley Ave. area before one person is hit during the stunt.
Authorities have said three people were injured in the incident.
