A man wanted by the New Braunfels Police Department has made the Texas Department of Public Safety's Texas 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants List.

Franklin Estuardo Gonzalez Flores is 34 years old from Guatemala, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs about 130 pounds and has tattoos on his chest, shoulders and right leg.

New Braunfels Police Department officers responded to reports of a disturbance between employees at the Pollo Regio restaurant on Nov. 3, 2025, according to an NBPD spokesperson.
