BEXAR COUNTY, Texas - A former Bexar County sheriff's deputy was arrested in connection with alleged conduct believed to have occurred in Laredo before she joined the agency, according to a news release.
A warrant was issued for Anabell Rivera on Monday, and she was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon on a charge of tampering with a government record, the Bexar County Sheriff's Office said.
