SHERMAN, Texas (KXII) - A Sherman nonprofit is raising money to build a veterinary center after its trap-neuter-release program outgrew the founder's home.
Lori Dugger started the Texoma Center for Sustainable Welfare to help keep cats out of local shelters.
The organization focuses on TNR - trap, neuter, release - a method of managing feral and stray cat populations.
