Last month, a mother in crisis found hope and safety through a face-to-face infant surrender at a Safe Haven Baby Box at the Ennis Fire Station #3 in Ennis, Texas.
Safe Haven Baby Boxes has a confidential hotline that provides free counseling and information on safe surrender.
Twenty-five states have a Baby Box presence within their state.
