WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A Waco High School sophomore has earned a spot with a Drum Corps International World Class corps, joining the Crossmen for his first summer tour.

Christian Aguilar began attending experience camps with the Crossmen in September before securing a contract through the corps' two-day audition camps.

"Around September we started doing experience camps like Crossmen and from there I just went on to every camp, and then it became two-day camps, and in the two-day camps I got a contract and from that with all the rules and regulations but I got to be a Crossmen," Aguilar said.
