Midland man charged with murder in deadly crash released from jail
A Midland man has been released from jail after being charged with murder in connection to a deadly crash that killed 18-year-old James Baker and injured four others.

MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - Roberto Pando III was booked into the Midland County Jail after being charged with murder from a high-speed chase that turned into a deadly crash.
On June 1, Pando chased a pickup truck through Midland resulting in a crash that killed 18-year-old James Baker and causing life-threatening injuries to four other passengers.
According to the Midland County jail records, Pando has been released and was bonded out for $1 million.
