MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - Midland ISD Trustee Brandon Hodges has officially filed to intervene in the lawsuit seeking to remove Midland County Judge Terry Johnson from office.

According to a press release, Hodges said he joined the case to prevent it from being dismissed on a technicality tied to District Attorney Glenn Harwood.
