A federal judge has dismissed at least 10 lawsuits that Robb Elementary School shooting survivors and victims' families filed against law enforcement officers, the city of Uvalde, the school district, firearm vendors and others, citing insufficient legal grounds and repeated delays.

Chief Judge Alia Moses of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas issued the dismissals in late September, roughly two years after many of the plaintiffs filed their lawsuits.

Some plaintiffs never served the defendants.
