A mis-communication on a tie vote puts a demolition on hold for a property on Main Street in Boerne.

According to the Boerne Star, city officials clarified that an earlier tie vote by the Boerne Historical Landmark Commission did not mean the demolition permit was valid.

Another request needs to be brought forth to the commission in July.
