Hutto High School senior wide receiver Dylan Owens announced his commitment to Western Kentucky on Sunday, July 19.

Owens revealed his decision in a post on X (formerly Twitter), choosing the Hilltoppers over several other Division I programs.

His offer list included UTSA, Jacksonville State, New Mexico and San Diego State.
