COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - When it's hot like it's been this week, you probably don't want to spend much time gardening during the day.

That's just one reason nighttime gardening might be a good option.

"It will still definitely be an option to beat some of the heat and the intensity of the sun but there's also some really cool things about nighttime gardens," said Jayla Fry with Texas A&M AgriLife.
