Seguin officials marked the completion of the first phase of the Rudeloff Road Project, expanding a narrow former county road into a four-lane corridor.

The expansion and improvement project was more than a decade in the making, said Melissa Reynolds, Seguin assistant city manager and director of engineering and capital projects.
