HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Residents in the MacGregor area of southeast Houston say new houses are being built in their neighborhood that never should have been allowed in the first place.

On Thursday, ABC13 took you to Sunnyside, where residents say developers are ignoring deed restrictions in their area.
