Two portable buildings on Arcadia Loop that were washed away and lodged blocking the street on Thursday, July 16, were installed brand new less than 12 hours earlier.

Cabin Kings business owner, Scott Marlowe, said his company installed the buildings at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.

He said the Arcadia Loop customer described Thursday's security footage of glimpses between lightning flashes.
