A Texas-based megachurch is facing less legal trouble after a federal judge dismissed a class-action lawsuit over donations made by its members, known as tithes.

The lawsuit was filed against Gateway Church and its disgraced founding pastor, Robert Morris.

Former members of the church were demanding refunds and alleging financial fraud, breach of contract, and racketeering.
