TYLER COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - A Colmesneil man pleaded guilty Tuesday to both one felony count and one misdemeanor count of cruelty to non-livestock animals for his part in the neglect and death of rescued dogs at SETX Paw Patrol.
Timothy Carles Brockman was then sentenced to a total of 10 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice on the felony charge and for a felony burglary offense, for which he was on probation.
He also got 90 days (time served) for the misdemeanor cruelty offense.
