WHITESBORO, Texas (KXII) - Residents at two apartment complexes say they are experiencing maintenance problems, prompting city officials to step in.

Whitesboro Park Apartments and the Brook Hollow Apartments are two different complexes under the same management.

Residents at both say they are facing similar issues."Their windows are either caulked shut or screwed shut, rodents are being able to get in through their doors because they're not sealed properly," Kim Ashley said.
