LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The Lubbock County Sheriff's Office arrested a man in Lamb County accused of indecency with a child younger than 14 years of age.

37-year-old Pedro Ortiz faces three counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact, a second degree felony.

On March 12, 2025, an officer with the Lubbock ISD Police Department told investigators the victim had made an outcry she was inappropriately touched.
