Wilhelm and Werner, the new Texas-style brasserie located inside the renovated Faust Hotel, is now offering lunch and brunch services, according to a press release.

Lunch will be available Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., offering an elevated yet approachable experience in the relaxed, historic setting.

The menu will feature fresh, thoughtfully prepared dishes including Tuna Nioise and a Fried Gulf Fish Sandwich and a rotating soup of the day.
