(KGNS) - Laredo Mayor Victor Trevino has signed a resolution placing a nonbinding question on the November ballot asking voters whether the city should expand pediatric hospital services.

Four Texas A&M International University nursing students, Marcus Narabal, Yuri Rodriguez, Roxana Alvarez and Kisha Revelo, said the question affects them directly because of their career path."I feel that this a good idea, and it's like very beneficial for Laredo," Narabal said.
