VAL VERDE COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - The Terrell County Sheriff's Office was called to a medical emergency in Pumpville on Saturday afternoon, said Sheriff Thaddeus Cleveland.

According to his Facebook post, it was a 911 coordination response between the sheriff's office, Terrell County Emergency Medical Services, Comstock Border Patrol Agents, and AeroCare.
