HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The Rosewood community in northeast Houston is familiar with illegal dumping in their neighborhood.

There are multiple areas where people routinely dump their unwanted items, according to people ABC13 spoke with that live in the area.

"Sheetrock, commodes, trash, wood, there used to be tires but not anymore tires. Well, there's one tire somebody dumped over there and just all kinds of trash," Alice Stubbs said.
