CYPRESS, Texas - Deputies with the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office were called to the Tru Hotel in the 27200 block of the Northwest Freeway for a medical-related response, officials said.

When they arrived, deputies found an adult man inside a room with an apparent gunshot injury.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the constable's office.
