Comment0TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A Smith County jury found a Tyler man guilty of organized crime, and sentenced him to 30 years in prison.

According to the Smith County District Attorney's Office, Charles Dewayne Miller, 64, also known as "Cowboy," was given the sentence on Monday.

During trial, the DA says, evidence was presented to show that Miller was a member of a crack cocaine distribution network operated by members of the Crips street gang.
