Comment0ITASCA, Texas (KWTX) - A suspect was arrested after a 19-hour manhunt that began Monday afternoon when a driver fled from police at speeds near 130 mph.

Itasca police made contact with an individual who was passed out in a running vehicle around 2 p.m. Monday.

Narcotics were seen in plain view on the passenger seat and the driver was the only occupant.
