A 16-year-old is in critical condition after a shooting in Houston's Montrose area that investigators believe may have involved an exchange of gunfire between multiple people.
Houston police responded around 9:30 p.m. Monday to the 700 block of Colquitt Street after receiving reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found shell casings scattered across the roadway, a vehicle riddled with bullet holes, and narcotics in a nearby grassy area.
