McALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - Federal prosecutors may partner with the state to investigate whether two hospitals in the Rio Grande Valley promoted birth tourism.
Questions about Mission Regional Medical Center and Knapp Medical Center surfaced in July, when photos of a billboard in Mexico went viral.
The billboard promoted a website called havemybabyintexas.com.
