Using his drone, Tommy Cooper of Stockdale captured this image of Cibolo Creek near the "Y" junction at U.S. 87 and S.H. 97 north of Stockdale July 16, after heavy rains upstream last week caused the creek to flood its banks.

Cibolo Creek rose to 32 feet in Sutherland Springs in the aftermath of the storms, according to the Wilson County Office of Emergency Management.
