The North Freeway at Crosstimbers Street will temporarily close in both directions starting on Friday evening due to bridge repairs.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- TxDOT announced that the North Freeway at Crosstimbers Street will temporarily close in both directions starting on Friday evening due to bridge repairs.

According to TxDOT, the closure will begin at 9 p.m. on Friday, with the lanes scheduled to reopen at 5 p.m. on Saturday.

The closures will alternate between directions, TxDOT officials said.
