LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - As the use of electric bikes and electric motorcycles increases among teens, so does the risk of serious injury.
An e-bike is like a traditional bike with pedals but with electric components that help it reach around 20 to 28 miles per hour.
An electric motorcycle is throttle-only with no pedals and can surpass 30 miles per hour.
