ZAPATA COUNTY, Tex.
(KGNS) - A surge of water and debris moving down the Rio Grande has prompted warnings and around-the-clock monitoring in Zapata County and border communities.
El Cenizo monitoringLeaders in El Cenizo said they are continuing to closely monitor the rising river and staying in constant contact with the Texas Emergency Medical Task Force, the Webb County Fire Department, and local and regional law enforcement.
