Diboll woman charged after baby nearly drowns in bathtub filled with water, police say

Jenne Ester Moreno, 20, of Diboll, was arrested and released Friday from the Angelina County Jail on a $10,000 bond for injury to a child recklessly causing serious bodily injury, according to court records.
