Scouting America, Texas Trails Council will honor Stephen P. Kelly, M.D., as the 2026 Distinguished Citizen.

The honor will be presented to Dr. Kelly at the Scouts' 2026 Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner that will be held at the Brownwood Event Center, 601 E. Baker Street, Brownwood, Texas at 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 10, 2026.
