Two retired lieutenant generals with ties to the area remember exactly where they were on the morning of Sept. 11, 2001, and how the attacks reshaped their military careers in the years that followed.
Shortly after learning of the attacks, Lt. Gen. Brad Webb and Lt. Gen. Tome Walters went straight to work.
