HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - The city of Harlingen was named a 2026 All-America City finalist.

As a finalist, the city of Harlingen was invited to attend the All-America City Conference in Denver.

Harlingen is the only city in Texas, and one of 20 cities nationwide, to be named a finalist.
