(Gray News) - Billy Joel said his health is keeping him from being able to perform or drive, he revealed in a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

Joel, 77, said he has a condition called hydrocephalus that has affected his balance.

He wants nothing more than to get back onstage, but he said he must take a series of tests before he knows if he can.
