LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - After a plane crashed on Loop 20 on Tuesday, June 16, a local aviation expert is explaining what pilots are trained to do in an emergency.
Commercial pilot Victor Trevino Jr. says in an emergency, pilots are required to communicate with nearby air traffic control towers.
